Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a modern, practical, evidence based approach, designed to help you move forward rather than dwell on the past. Instead of analysing problems in depth, this method focuses on solutions, strengths, and the future you want to create—making it especially effective for people who want real change without feeling overwhelmed.
This approach combines talking therapy with guided hypnosis to help calm the nervous system and support positive change at a subconscious level. During sessions, we focus on what is already working, what you want to achieve, and the small, realistic steps that can move you closer to your goals. This helps reduce stress, increase clarity, and build confidence in your ability to cope and thrive.
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing state, similar to daydreaming, where your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions. You remain fully aware and in control at all times. By encouraging relaxation and reducing overthinking, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy helps the brain move out of survival mode and into a more balanced, solution-oriented state. This can be particularly helpful for anxiety, stress, low mood, sleep issues, habits, and confidence-related challenges.
What makes this approach different is its forward-looking and empowering nature. Sessions are tailored to you, your goals, and your pace. Rather than revisiting difficult experiences, we focus on building the future you want—calmly, safely, and effectively.
If you’re ready to feel more in control, more resilient, and more hopeful about the future, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy offers a supportive and proven way forward.
