About Me
I trained as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist because I wanted to provide practical, solution-focused support to people struggling with stress, anxiety, low mood, and other mental health challenges. I chose Solution Focused Hypnotherapy because it is an evidence-based, fast, and effective approach that works with both the conscious and subconscious mind to deliver real, lasting results rather than endless therapy.
With over 25 years’ experience in secondary education, I have worked extensively supporting young people, families, and colleagues with emotional wellbeing and mental health. As a Senior Assistant Headteacher, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Safeguarding Supervisor, and trained Mental Health First Aider, I bring a wealth of professional experience in managing complex emotional and behavioural challenges with care, skill, and discretion.
My clinical approach is structured, safe, and goal-oriented. I combine my extensive safeguarding and mental health experience with therapeutic expertise to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, focusing on achievable outcomes, positive change, and restored confidence.
