I was a bit nervous on my first visit, not knowing how things were going to be. I shouldn't have worried as you put me at my ease straight away. We chatted about my problem and you then put me through a very relaxing session. Afterwards you sent me a recording to listen to at bedtime to relax and help with my confidence. Anxiety

I went to Angela for my anxiety and I wasn’t convinced it would just “go away”. I honesty don’t know how she did it, but I feel like my brain has been rewired. I keep surprising myself because I don’t feel anxious, stressed or overwhelmed about situations, where I would have before and it is such an amazing surprise. I have managed to wean myself off my medication as a result of the sessions, which has been an added bonus.
